DELIVERY 

We offer the following delivery options on all orders:

Today, Earthly only delivers within the United Kingdom and Europe, and while others deliver in vans, most of our deliveries are made on foot via the Royal Mail. Did we mention they are tracked too.

RETURNS

If you would like to exchange or return an item we are here to help. To request either please email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@byearthly.co.uk.

We kindly ask that the item is returned sealed, in its original packaging and via a trackable method. Please be mindful that original shipping costs are not refundable and you are responsible for covering the cost of the return postage.

Once we receive the item we will take a moment just to check and approved it. A refund will then be issued to the original payment method.
